Shannon Kobylarczyk is a Milwaukee Brewers fan who became widely known after a viral incident during the National League Championship Series game on October 14, 2025.
At the game held at American Family Field in Milwaukee, she was rectlorded making a racially charged comment telling a Latino Los Angeles Dodgers fan, Ricardo Fosado—a U.S. citizen and Navy war veteran—to “call ICE,” referring to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The confrontation also included offensive language and led to significant fallout.As a result of the widely shared video, Kobylarczyk was fired from her job at Manpower Group, a Milwaukee-based staffing company.
She also resigned from her position on the Make-A-Wish Wisconsin board of directors. Both Kobylarczyk and Fosado were banned from attending future games at the Brewers’ ballpark due to their conduct during the incident
