Camille Simoine Winbush, born on February 9, 1990, is an American actress and singer.
Winbush was born in Culver City, California, to Anthony and Alice Winbush.

She was homeschooled and had an on-set tutor while working as a child actress.
As a child, Winbush was also a competitive gymnast.Acting Career:Winbush debuted as Lucy Wilkes in Viper in 1994.
In 1995, she played Tyeisha Roberts in Dangerous Minds.She played Emma Aimes in Minor Adjustments (1995-1996).Winbush played Camille in Eraser (1996) and Pearline in Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai (1999).

From 2001 to 2006, she starred as Vanessa Thomkins in The Bernie Mac Show, earning multiple NAACP Image Awards and a Young Artist Award.
From 2008 to 2013, Winbush played Lauren Treacy in The Secret Life of the American Teenager.Other Ventures:In 2002, Winbush recorded “One Small Voice” with Myra and Taylor Momsen and “The Night Before Christmas Song” for School’s Out! Christmas.
As a teenager, she owned an ice cream shop called Baked Ice in Pasadena, California, and received a Teenpreneur Award from Black Enterprise in 2004.
