TQqhe locomotive ‘La Emperatriz’ arrived in Mexico to celebrate the anniversary of the creation of the Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC).
However, this commemoration had a tragic event, since a woman identified as Dulce Alondra died after receiving a blow in head while looking to take a photo.
