Robin Westman is the person suspected of carrying out a mass shooting at Annunciation Church and School in Minneapolis in August 2025.
Westman posted a series of videos on YouTube around the time of the attack, which included an arsenal of guns, ammunition, and a handwritten four-page manifesto addressed to family and friends.
The manifesto revealed Westman’s troubled mental state, including severe depression and suicidal thoughts.
The videos also showed disturbing references including racial slurs, white supremacy signs, and praise for previous mass shooters.
Westman, who identified as female after previously being known as Robert, legally changed their name in 2020.
A former classmate described Westman as having few friends and odd obsessions, with some early troubling behavior evident in school.
The videos Westman posted on YouTube were taken down by law enforcement shortly after being live.
